Hi,
A big THANK YOU to the customer service team from Tipperary crystal.ie. I ordered a set of 6 beautiful wine glasses for my sister as a gift and unfortunately, 2 of them were already broken when she received the package despite sturdy packaging. I wrote an email to the team with pictures as evidence and they sent a new set of wine glasses to her without any hassel.

Ordered a pen, box was damaged when it arrived. It did take weeks to get a response from the customer service team which is disappointing due to the pen being a Christmas present. However, they did rectify the issue.
