Hi I got sent the wrong item and also the box was faulty. I let tipperary Crystal know and they were apologetic and very nice. They said they would send out the correct item however I received the same item again albeit in a perfect box. I gave up as they were a sale item and it would be not worth the hassle. Am going to reorder from scratch and see if I get right pair. Previous orders have been perfect no complaints
