I placed an order 10 days before Christmas and really thought it would be after Christmas before I got it. It was a last minute gift so I was worried. It didn’t dispatch until a couple of days later but once it was dispatched I got it almost overnight. Delivery was so quick, the products arrived beautifully presented in gift boxes and looked far more expensive than they actually were. I will definitely shop with them again, in fact, I’ve started next years shopping in the great sale they currently have on.

I have always love everything from Tipperary crystal. Was surprised. Two out of the three was fine. The third was chipped when I opened the box. I tried contacting customer service and no one answered me. I know it is the holidays. But I don’t know if I can return it for a new one.

Thoughts for improvement. Check the items before you send them out .
Make sure people are working customer service .
