Really fast delivery. I ordered late at night and it was shipped by 10am the following morning and arrived the next day.

I was waiting far too long for delivery. I emailed twice and rang once to query this and all these contacts were ignored. It was only when I threatened to contact Joe Duffy that I got an immediate reply. Really terrible customer service. When I finally received my order it was beautiful but unfortunately I wouldn't be confident enough to order from your company again. Such a pity.....
