Our problem was dealt with promptly enough. Unfortunately—and partly through my own fault for asking too many questions that weren’t strictly necessary—we felt that a lot of money was spent not getting very far in a long email exchange when what we wanted at the outset was simply an answer to the simple question of what step we should take next.
