If I could give zero stars I would ! I tried to recharge my BIGO account 1k diamonds my auto correct changed the last letter from an “z to an s so the account that was loaded doesn’t exist no one has that BIGO id I contacted top up customer service and explained to them my correct BIGO id is browniecakez with an z not an s so the correct account can be charged and they refuse even with proof of payment which doesn’t make any sense to me and gives very much scam because if no body has that BIGO id it doesn’t exist where did my money go ? A refund should have been issued once yall wasn’t able to load that account . I will be making a tik tok video regarding this and will be reporting to bbb

takes fees for buying anything, my order was refunded 10 minutes after buying but the money hasnt reached my card yet, and when i asked why the order was refunded they said buy again tomorrow so they can charge more fees. stay away from this shady website.
