"The life source water tastes good...much better than without treatment."

The problem I have with life source is after I set aside a glass of the life source water for a few days, dirt accumulates around the glass. I called the Life source customer rep and I showed him the dirt around the glass.
His reasoning is that it is normal...due to the removal of chlorine from the water...that the dirt will accumulate. So as of now, I am still unhappy with the life source water system I have. My advice is not to leave life source water stagnant in a glass for a few days before drinking it.

It's is a pleasure to have great tasting water without the chlorine and other minerals that create the hard water taste in the water. You get excellent tasting water out of every sink in your house. I'm glad that I chose LifeSoursce Water System for my home.

After doing a lot of research we decided to go with the LifeSource water system. Leslie our representative was awesome! She was patient, well versed on the other systems out there and easily answered all my questions and concerns.
We have been so happy with the system. I used to feel like I was bathing my kids in a pool, now I don't smell chlorine when showering or bathing. Our hair used to look greasy immediately upon showering so I washed it everyday. Now, it's clean and can go at least every other day (sometimes 2 days) without a wash.
Another bonus, we are currently renting the home we are in. When we move in they had done a remodel to replace all of the fixtures in the bathrooms etc. Within 18 months pre-LifeSource all of the fixtures were eroding. With the LifeSource system in place it's stopped the eroding from continuing AND we can take the system with us when we move from this location.
Finally, we were ordering sparklets water even after we put in the LifeSource until a naturopath suggested that we just drink from the tap with the LifeSource system because the sparklets was OVER filtered and actually would not allow the body to hydrate as well. I've done so and feel so much better, and more hydrated.
We have had 1 issue that was easily resolved. The backflow cycle is supposed to run at Midnight and somehow our system got set to noon. I thought a pipe had a leak or something. I called Leslie and got her VM, then I called LifeSource who explained what was happening and easily walked me through changing the timer on the system. Within minutes of getting off the phone with customer care Leslie called me, she was so patient and even offered to come and out and adjust it for me.
I love this system and this company and can't say enough good things!

"Scale Remover"

We are pleased with our system, but still wonder if it was necessary to get the scale remover as the soft water should take care of that.

I am happy about not having to handle the salt anymore, but I do miss the soft water. I use more soap in the washing and my hair isn't as soft. The water tastes fine, but it's thoroughly filtered because we have reverse osmosis also. The water conditioner is functioning as expected.

"Terrific Customer Service and Immediate Attention to warranty resolution"

I purchased a Lifesource Water System for my new home in Riverside, CA
in 2005 and it served me well for over 9.5 years. I had paid for an extended warranty and the unit developed a very small water leak at the top of the system
when it cycled for water discharge bi-weekly. Although no interuption in service
or water treatment occured the leak was annoying and occured inside my garage.

I called the service center and a representative contacted me immediately.
Within 2 days a warranty-service tecnician was at the property, surveyed the system and determined it was not a pipe leaking. The technician, cycled the unit manually, and a small leak was evident in a very heavy plastic system cap, below the electronic time clock mechanism.

The cap was not a replacement component and the company authorized a total system replacement that occured 2 days later, with no interuption in treated water for the home.

I reviewed competitors systems, including salt systems for softening water
and even though the Life Source system was more expensive initially, the quality and warranty service is exceptional.

I recommended the system to all my neighbors and continue to do so when
asked about water quality.

"LifeSource Water Systems"

I absolutely love the LifeSoruce Water System!!!. I live in New York State and did not realize how poor the quality of my water was until I started using this filitration system. Since I live in a cold climate, I bring my outside plants in for the winter. The first thing I noticed was that these plants, that I have been bringing into my house for the last seven years, did not lose all their leaves and did not look like dead sticks. Since watering them with Lifesource filtered water, they are vibrant and are full of healthy leaves; just like they would look in the summer. It truly is amazing. The other benefits of the system is that my hair and skin are not dry; especially during these cold winter months. There is something wonderul about this system and I would recommend it to anyone.
