This company is an absolute joke!!!
I took a policy out with them 2 years ago and cancelled it when it had ended due to having a new phone.
I didnt recieve an email on saturday the 18th of november 2023 then had £69.90 taken from my bank the following day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, canceled the insurance for an iPhone and twice no they've taken payments of £70 with out authorisation. When queried to return the money back the request the emei number . Strange they can't keep that on the system but they can keep your bank details stored. Disgusting!!!!!
