After I ordered online and provided all necessary documentation I waited all day for my delivery. It never came. I sent inquiries by text, email, and through the app contact us link and no one ever responded. This was my first time ordering from my ounceclub.com and it will be my last. They have no customer service at all and I am very disappointed I didn’t even get to try the products I ordered.
