"Bait and switch!"

advertised a product for a specific price and accepted my order. next day sent an email stating that the product was no longer available but offered an alternative product for over $1000 more money. after looking at the alternative product it turned out to be the exact same thing as the original order but with a new product number. bait and switch much?

"The order was shipped the second time"

The order was shipped the second time. First time was canceled by them a few days later causing a big delay as it had to be reordered and shipped to a different address. Price was better than everyone else and it was well packed. I feel neutral about them.

"Responsive customer service"

Responsive customer service, and reasonable delivery time. Product is as advertised, at a competitive price.
