In response to your response regarding my review, let me set a few things straight since you chose to take a non-professional route and be demeaning (which further proves my entire point regarding your horrible business). FIRST OF ALL, MY NAME IS NOT BRIAN! Second of all, one thing I DO NOT DO is speak on ANYTHING that I don't have any background knowledge on. Reading is fundamental, as I CLEARLY stated I have over 15 YEARS of experience with REAL RAW Indian hair, so thank you very much much. Additionally, I've obtained a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees in a 7 year time span, I am the farthest from uneducated and misinformed, I research everything I speak on, so to attack my level of intellect over an honest review speaks volumes to you as a business owner; how disgusting! THIRD, you absolutely CAN disable Google reviews, THIS IS NOT A MISCONCEPTION AS I'VE DONE THIS TWICE BEFORE MYSELF! Definitely not for reasons like yours, to note! Your "policy" is a scam IN MY OPINION and your hair is ATROCIOUS! While the smell of hair absolutely does not determine the quality, both the smell and the hair was a 0/10. LASTLY, never once did I EVER promote my business, I NEVER EVEN STATED MY BUSINESS NAME! So I suggest YOU educate YOURSELF on top tier professionalism and how to provide better customer service feedback AND REAL RAW INDIAN HAIR!
