I received only one fragrance despite the order was including two. I sent an e-mail to the customer care in order to understand how to recover my momento.

"Scam"

Scam. I had to contact them several times. Parcel number had been annulated before it left Romania for Sweden. No refund yet.

"Mai ricevuto"

Profumo acquistato il 19 novembre e ad oggi 13 dicembre mai ricevuto a quanto pare per colpa del corriere. Contattato il venditore mi risponde che ha chiesto spiegazioni allo spedizioniere che a sua volta ha aperto un indagine interna. Morale della favola stiamo aspettando questa risposta da una settimana. Spedizione pagata ben 10€. Aperto reclamo con PayPal. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile spedire nuovamente il prodotto mi é stato risposto assolutamente no fin quando lo spedizioniere non risponde. Non è giusto scaricare il problema sull’acquirente. Pessimo venditore

I ordered Amber extreme from Louis Varel. A few days later i got an email that they didn't had the parfume on stock; they asked if i wanted another parfume from Louis Varel. I thanked them but i wanted my money back and they payed me back. It was a pitty, but at least they are honest. The only thing i had was, if something is not in stock, write that its not available at the moment when a customer wants to buy it, or that you can not order it at the moment.
