"Blood Glucose Meter"

This is the fourth Blood Glucose Meter, BGM, I've had to get because insurance changed and didn't cover the supplies for the BGM I was using. The set up instructions bother me as I am not a technical wiz with all the new stuff out today. I still haven't set up the new meter as I'm using up my old supplies. I'll get my daughter to help me.

Both brands of needles are great and cost me less than half of what the copay is using the drugstore. This order also required interacting with Customer Service, which required only a phone call on Thanksgiving and a detailed message left for them. I expected a call back or an email to discuss the problem, but instead they solved it based on my original message. Fastest customer service experience ever!
