"Do not order until under new ownership"
My son ordered a Christmas gift and paid extra for special delivery. Order never arrived even though money was taken from his account. After numerous calls, emails and messages i received a response saying they had suffered a personal bereavement and would be in touch. This never happened. Business appears to be up for sale now but still taking orders online. If you are thinking of using Fab-ulicious then don't, you wont receive your item or receive a refund.

Placed order on 28/12/2017 and have not heard a single thing, although they have taken the money. No confirmation email so I emailed them, no response, so have phoned and left two messages as it is just a voicemail message. Terrible as this was a Christmas present.
Now I would just like my money back.
Terrible company who seem to be ripping people off.
What can be done?

"Complete let down"
Placed order. Paid. Didn't receive the item. I emailed three times no response. I raised a complaint through PayPal and got a refund. But no explanation or reply at all from the company. Very poor customer service and wouldn't waste my time again.

Bought these lovely engraved champagne flutes for my friend Emma's wedding gift and she hasn't stopped raving about them!
Order arrived on time and looked great.
Had to call company and check delivery times as it was personalised and wasn't sure I had left enough time - girl I spoke to was really nice and helpful and assured me not to worry and was right :)

"Waste of time"
I ordered a loads of birthday presents from this shop in April. 2 weeks later the birthdays have passed and I still don't have my order, which is unnacceptable. Please consider this before placing your order.
NOTE THIS - I did NOT get my refund immediately. I got my refund after leaving negative reviews on 2 review sites! Also, NOTHING was delivered within a day of my order! I think this matters.

Once again I am a very happy shopper :) I did all my christmas shopping with fabu-licious.com and was so impressed. so when it came to Mother's day I just had to shop with them again. I ordered several things, cupcakes was my theme :) and fabu-licious had everything I wanted. I even treated myself to a few things... well with all that choice I couldnt really resist!!!
The only shame was that one of my items I recieved was slightly damaged, due to royal mail! I rang customer services straight away and spoke to Jane the customer services manager, she apoligised straigh away asked if I could send a picture of the damage. I did and within 5 miniutes she had called me back up and arranged for a replacement item to be sent that day! I simply returned the damaged item (recorded delivery) and when they recieved it I got a full refund on the postage. I recieved the new item then next day! This is a great company. couldn't be happier!!!
