"Nao me reembolsaram após cancelamento"
Tentei alugar um carro usando um código de desconto da Black Friday,no momento do cálculo ele descontou o valor,quando confirmou o pagamento voltou ao valor sem desconto.
Faltava uma hora para acabar a promoção,então cancelei e tentei novamente,aconteceu o mesmo .
Cancelei novamente e não me Reembolsaram ainda. Estou sem limite no meu cartão de crédito para prosseguir com a minha viagem de fim de ano em família graças a demora no reembolso.

Har trukket 3000kr for billeje to gange ,har siddet 1 1/2 time på Stan Bay uden at de besvare opkaldet og ringer 6-8 intet svar. Så hvis du vil snydes og opleve super dårlig service, så skal du leje en bil gennem dem

"They stole my deposit."
I picked up a rental car in France and returned it three days later. As well as a manual check with the representative, I made a video of the car at the rental place before receipt, to document the state i received it in.
When returning the car, a minor scratch was immediately discovered on top of the bonnet of the car. I later received an email saying that 850 Euros would be deducted from my deposit.
I checked the video of the car and found the same scratch clearly present before the handover. In the face of video evidence, Enterprise Rent-a-Car is still holding on to my deposit 10 days later. They are yet to review the video and insist they have 2 months to do it.

I book a BMW car online but when I got there they didnt have the car so I ask them to pay my money back but they said I shall ask the internet site because they have my money .. When I ask the site they told me that the company had told them that I have rent the car and they cant not give my money back

"Nothing but problems!!"
When I booked the car online everything seemed fine. But when we went to pick up the car at the arranged place it wasn't there and we had to wait 2 hours and take a taxi (18 euro) to another location, then they didn't have the child seat I booked and I had to go buy one in the supermarket (60 euro) and now I am stuck with that because they won't refund the money for either taxi or seat. When I went to return the car in the Arranged place In Nice it wasn't there... Surprise!! And I had to drive around town to find the parking lot where someone on top of all smashed into my door so I had to pay another 250 euro for a bump on the door.. Everything has been problem and I will never rent a car through this company again and I strongly recommend others to do the same!!

First time renting via Rent-a-car.eu. Very pleasant experience. Reservation was accurate and no surprises.
Our rental was at a very competitive rate when compared to other options.
Would definitely rent through Rent-a-car again when in Europe.

"I was ripped off"
I was quoted under $200 for 3 days car rental from Europcar in Siena Italy. I also requested a GPS which I was aware of the extra cost. Initially they took out 261.81 on the 16/5/13. When I picked up the car I also adjusted the insurance to comprehensive, again agreeing to the extra cost.
On return of the car the office was closed which I wasn't informed of, and the key was just too be dropped off in the box. In total we had the car for 6 days and the next charge to my credit card was $330.10 on the 27th May. At no point was it discussed that this would be the final total. If so we would have looked elsewhere. Will not be recommending Europcar to anyone and definatly won't be using them again
