I was on my way to a Blood Cancer clinic when my back tyre exploded..I was deeply impressed with how Cycles-Shark dealt with my issues and how promptly and effectively they resolved them, particularly as I was neither carrying a wallet or a bus pass. a mistake I shall not repeat!!. As an ex local GP I thought they were wonderful and shall use them at every future opportunity.

Great company and fantastic bike. Been looking at the possibility of an ebike for a while, predominantly for my partner to brave the hills, and decided on the Tiger Shark ebike after seeing it initially at a cycle show. I came across an ex demo bike, which arrived the very next day, all well packaged. Once put together and duly test ridden, I have decided this is too much fun to let her enjoy all on her own. Makes commuting a breeze and being an avid mountain biker have taken it down the local red and blue trails, with which it coped surprisingly well. Hills become enjoyable and I can certainly now see the attraction of ebikes. If you are considering one, go ahead, what you waiting for? The Tiger shark is a nice looking bike, will make the climbs considerably less of a chore, and the company as a whole have been very pleasant to deal with.

27feb now my dad is getting harassment online for posting pictures on my behalf as he has less followers than me but seems like more people need to see my new bike

26 feb still no reply from shark e-bikes over the information request .

This bike frame is no way been inspected before sale cost of the repair is going to be around £150-£200 which I might have to cover myself then take legal action to recover the money.

SHARK E-BIKES WILL NOT REPLY TO MY QUESTIONS OVER CONTRACT INFORMATION I HAVE ASKED SAME QUESTION 5 TIMES NOW. This action on behalf of shark e-bikes is stopping us moving forward and now looks like legal action is my next step.

Shark e-bikes will make them self look good but if your like me an understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you will see past all the lies.

Company website reviews are not to be trusted as they are selected by the company and bad reviews are not posted which means customers like me purchase items under false reviews.

New bike delivered on the 14/02/2024 at 12:34 have not been able to ride this as I have a few problems that need addressing.

Overall finish of the frame is terrible imperfections in the metal which show up in the finish of the paint work and looks ugly when light hits them spots.

3 main Scratches in the frame work which have gone back to metal.

Rear brake cable touching the frame which will cause rubbing and loss of paint in time
