"Your best bet for Logan transport "

We have been using Boston airport taxi on a regular basis for about five years now. The only word I can use to describe their service is “fantastic“. They are always on time (or early), the vehicles are always clean and shiny and new, and most importantly, the drivers are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday’s driver, who picked us up at Logan, was Kaiser and he was fabulous. A truly gentle and helpful human being.

I booked a ride for my family from Cambridge to BOS. Abdul confirmed the arrangements the night before, and Omar showed up early for a 4:30 am pickup! How often does that happen? Everything was very professional: immaculate car, friendly driver. I highly recommend Boston Airport Cab.

Super friendly drivers that helped out immensely when I asked them to be there early so I wouldn't be late for special dinner (where I proposed). When I asked on the phone, I wasn't sure if they actually would but they came through! Thank you guys again!

"The pluses"

The pluses: cab was clean, arrived on time, driver exceptionally polite, got the airport in plenty of time for flight.

The minuses: driver not as familiar with the area and wanted to take a much longer route. Was open to my input and went my route so that was good. Real issue I have is not with the delivered service but the arranged service. The web app builds in a 20% tip. When a tip is mandatory, it's not a tip.

Also, tip is based not on base price but base price+taxes, so the actual tip is significantly higher. It's a very steep price in the end for something that isn't a black car/limo service..

Excellent company that I have known for many years now. They personally make sure the client has no problems during the trip. Highly recommended fir short trips and weekend gateways apart from regular car service.
