"Poor quality bad client service"

Purchased a pair of shoes and after only a few wears they have holes in the bottom, they said it's from standing on stones? And can't be refunded...... please see email received from the company..... This is not mistake of the shoes.

You probably had some stone in the circle or something and it lead to this damage on the shoes.

It is mechanical damage, and warranty does not cover mechanical damage on the products.

This result is base on pictures.

If you want to start reclamation process, then you can send them to our address.

Anyway, if the reclamation process won’t be successful, you will have to pay all expenses (delivery, customs which will be calculated when it will arrive to our country and possible delivery again from us to you.

Anyway, you can still use them I think.
