Ross is absolutely phenomenal at what he does, the coaching, sales, speaking is next level📈 I wouldn't be in the position I am today if it wasn't for Ross and BBE. He's helped us go from an idea into a growing business and can't be anymore grateful.

I didn't have a good experience with Ross. I met him at a 3 day event in London last year, end of July. He preyed on my vulnerability, I was desperate to get support for my business, I went through burnout and long-term stress.
His company has a vulnerability policy which says that staff is trained to recognise vulnerability, it is not respected.
I had clouded judgement, and he had seen me in very strong distress, I got nervous very quickly when he started to ask me questions. I wanted to leave that Hotel place, I felt very uncomfortable and anxious, He asked me to sit with him to continue the chat.
He could offer me a day to think to get thoughts together, instead he even encouraged me more strongly to join with BBE support, he addressed my concerns and rushed me with the decision, he and his company use scare tactics during the sale process. (They persuade you later that this is a method you should use on your clients - "feel of urgency")
As I was in the very fragile emotional state, he manage to pursue me to pay high deposit. I have signed in. The support he and BBE promised was fulfilled with many disappointments and bitter truth of poor service value. The feeling is like, you believe you pay super premium for a gold Rolex watch but you find out that that at the end you receive only an empty Rolex box.
Perhaps he helped people he liked, I was just a number to him to get a sales commission from Adam or bonus for meeting KPI.
