I shouldn’t be surprised that they simply do what they say, but it was a very nice surprise that they’re a proper service-conscious business. I just found them by googling so I was worried they might be rubbish, but no. They’re great. Easy to order, and in less than 2 weeks the wood arrives, it’s decent wood, not horribly knotted or discoloured or anything, not warped or twisted, and all accurately cut and planed. Even better, they made a small mistake with my delivery, I called next morning and they fixed it and brought the missing planks round by lunchtime, very apologetic even though it was no big deal for me. That’s good customer service and they obviously appreciate your business and do their best. I was very relieved and very happy. I’m going to do a second similar job now partly because I now know there’s no risk.

Great communication and after speaking to Wayne they were able to supply our table with one square end and the other end with rounded corners so it fitted our motorhome and much better quality than the original table.
