"Kingstone Grange Home"

We went to Kingstone Grange to look at the new houses on offer in January 2023.
The sales staff were exceptionally nice, guiding us through the process of ordering our new home, choosing all the options and making sure we were kept informed along the way.
We took possession of our new home only two months later and everything is perfect! We've had no snagging issues at all, everything works as it should.
The site manager has been absolutely brilliant, calling in and making sure there are no issues on a regular basis.

I'd highly recommend Lagan Homes to anybody! First class service from lovely people!

Simply impeccable service. Very helpful throughout the process and friendly. They make you feel welcome and respected. If anything was not working (like my bathroom extractor fan) it’s replaced quickly without question or complications and the fan was my only minor issue - House immaculate and feel they will still be helpful well Into the future if anything else goes wrong. "We love our new Lagan Home which we moved into last October"

We moved into our new house in October 2022. We are absolutely delighted with it. Inevitably, as with all new build homes, there have been a few snagging issues, but the customer care team have been extremely quick to respond and get things fixed. The team are attentive, polite and friendly and are a pleasure to communicate with.

"Very Helpful & Good Quality Houses"

I attended the launch of Steeples Green on Saturday. It was very busy when I arrived however, the sales staff acknowledged me and was very helpful.
There was only a show home for a 4-bed property and as a first-time buyer, I am looking for something much smaller. They took me into a 3-bed property that was unfinished, which allowed me to get a real sense of the size and was definitely more within budget.
Overall the staff were very helpful and the quality of the homes I looked at were very good. Highly recommend attending their launches and looking at buying their houses
