I've been a premier member for years. Scott who rings me regularly does a great job. However, I am NOT happy with the way prices had escalated over the last year or so. As a result I am seriously consider ending my membership.

I have always been very pleased with Laithwaites wines, and I have ordering from them for many years now,when there has been a problem with delivery or sometimes non arrival of wine, it has always been sorted very quickly. I have been dealing with Tony Galante for several months now and have always found him to be extremely friendly and helpful, and at times very patient. Although the wine can sometimes be a little more expensive I certainly wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.
