My recent delivery, due to be delivered by Yodel, did not arrive - despite contacting them. I contacted Laithwaites and they looked into the non-delivery.
It still did not arrive, and Laithwaites kept me informed throughout. They also arranged for a replacement case to be sent directly - which arrived promptly.
