Have bought wine from Laithwaites for many years. Have never been disappointed. Only problem is not drinking them too quickly.! Which is not good for our health,

"Advertisement a bit different than reality"

Well I spent half hour trying to buy 3 bottles of champagne that they promised on their website give discount of 30 pounds and free delivery, but the discount is never applied. Very frustrating how some companies do their advertisements. We managed to put the voucher code that is very hidden by the way but the discount never applied. We chose a different shop.

"Brilliant wine... let down by removing 20% subscription discount"

The company used to be great value with its subscriptions, unfortunately without telling anybody the 20% discount is now only 10%. This makes it dearer than buying the mixed cases or making up your own case.

The wines are fantastic and I still use Laithwaites but the removal of the decent subscription discount is a poor decision and needs to be reviewed by them....
