Easy to contact and knowledgeable wine personnel, if they haven't available your particular wine then their recommendation for an alternative are always equal in quality. 12 different bottles I order are very drinkable and extremely reasonably priced.

Wine choices are excellent unfortunately it was marred by the yodel delivery service, on this occasion the delivery person was not helpful leaving the wine box at the bottom of a flight of steps,which wasn't ideal and to heavy for my partner. If this was our first experience with laithwaites we would not reorder due to the delivery service but hopefully it was one off .
