Although I would not rate Allison homes at all as they are liars and don’t care about their customers, they are only interested when you are buying your home. "Boston gate."

We bought our home on Boston gate back in July last year, build started mid September, and we are collecting our keys on the 29th of March, so I cannot comment on the inside of the property properly only what I’ve seen so far but so far apart from the obvious snags it’s exactly how we pictured and wanted.

We have dealt with Tracy and Liz from Boston gate, and what an amazing experience we have received so far and we are just short of 2 weeks away from completion! Any concerns or worries I’ve had in the past they’ve sorted for us, and gone out of there way to make sure things are done! Anything we’ve wanted to change or any questions we’ve asked they’ve found an answer for us, I couldn’t and wouldn’t of wanted our first bought family home to be done with anyone else.

They’ve really made our experience buying our first home a breeze, and overall no major complications or hurdles to cross, they’ve made everything as smooth as possible!

Thank you so much ladies you’ve been brilliant, and I have no doubt you’ll be with us or pass us on to someone in the future if we have any queries once we’ve moved in, but also to give the same efforts elsewhere!

We've been dealing with Allison Homes for our first house purchase. Specifically Jess and Jackie at the Spalding Branch. They have both been absolutely amazing. From reassurance during the early stages of the process to consistent and clear communication throughout. The level of support has been phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for more from them. They've made an extremely stressful process seem more like a walk in the park. If you are looking for best practice in the industry, we'd be saying look no further than Jess and Jackie of Allison Homes. Others could learn a thing or two from these two.

It definitely been stressful buying another home BUT Liz and Tracy at Boston Gate have helped us so much ,, every time there’s been an issue or we are not sure on something , we just pick up the phone and it’s dealt with or resolved as quickly as they can solve is for us !!
I can’t thank them both enough for helping us through this process and dealing with our problems and our frustrations.They are both very friendly and easy to talk to too and have great customer service , always happy and smiley and they also understand our frustration with the process of buying a new home .
Theres definitely been some teething problems and human error from both parties but again any of these have been dealt with as quickly as humanly possible and then been forgotten about so we can all move forward in the process, never any hard feelings!
They’ve always kept in contact with us regarding anything or anyone that needs chasing and the same from us .

I cannot express enough how happy my husband and I are that more than 4 months ago we stepped in Alison Homes office. Buying our first home was pretty stressful time. Bradley was extremely helpful, supportive, patient and welcoming. The list of compliments and appreciation can go on. During the process of completing the paperwork we had few hiccups - Bradley always found the time to support if we had any questions. Everything was explained in detail. The hole service was provided to the high standard. In fact support have not stopped since the moment we moved in.
Builders and engineers also very supportive. Anything we have raised even if it was the small issue was listened and actually actioned. Big thank you to the whole team !

"A GOOD CHOICE"

It took me a long to decide to buy a bungalow and the staff showed great patience and understanding. Unfortunately, with Covid and the lockdown, I was unable to choose my options for quite a long time. However, a lovely lady came all the way from Boston, after work to help me and showed great patience. The company was also very generous to me giving me extras and did their very best to satisfy my wishes.
I am very impressed not only with their professionalism but also their human touch.
