*I like the ease of the application process, being able to reach someone by phone, the customer service of one of the agents, & the desire for customer views. That’s very good.

*I didn’t like the misrepresentation of advertising regarding next day funding. After bank account access was granted etc., I was told 1-4 days after calling to check-in, then the phone hung up on me after being asked to do a survey at the end. Not ok.
*I didn’t like the loan charge, which I keep asking about up front, which is a HUGE chunk of the loan. Overall, a blessing but only if life happened & you’re in a crunch & can pay it off early.
