I have recently booked a holiday with Kevin after originally requesting an online quote. His response was swift & efficient & he phoned me at a time when it was convenient for me. He continued with this service even after I had made my booking which I think is a big plus for customer service. With this in mind I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again in the future or recommend Kevin to friends & family.
