Andrew and his team always go the extra step. My screen broke and was black, phone was unusable. They ordered a new part for me, that was going to take a week to arrive. They gave me a loaner phone and put my sim card in so that I could have a phone to use until my part came in. To my surprise they texted before the week was up to let me know the part came in early and my phone was fixed and ready for pick up. Excellent customer service! :)
