I sent several emails regarding the problem I had placing my initial order. After three contacts I eventually heard from them. Response time was incredibly slow. The correction for my purchase came with a surprisingly hefty shipping fee. The items arrived and the printing looks like it will most likely wear off due to flaking with light duty usage. I will not place another order with this company.

The quality of the product is outstanding. I would order again. My product arrived when expected and communications via the company were up to date as far as when in process, shipped, etc. They also corrected an error for me when a mistake was made due to a Groupon, so the customer service was stellar.

The one suggestion I would have is ASKING ht client if they would like their items faster or in as FEW PACKAGES as possible. Some of us pay for pick up so when you send one order in 6 packages that ads a lot of extra pickup charges for those of us who cross the border to pick up from a shipping company.
I also like when there is free shipping with a minimum order otherwise I would not order.
