Quality of product and time to get product was awesome. However, the dog collars were way too big for my dogs. Normal sizing is about a size smaller on their website, so my large dog would wear a medium collar and my medium dog would wear a small collar

I ordered a custom utensil holder and I absolutely love it. Shipping wasn't too long and it's perfect. In the same order, I got 2 custom luggage tags for newly-wed friends of mine. I ordered them on 02-07, got an email on 02-14 saying it was "pulled for production" and have not heard anything since. I have been tracking it and it hasn't moved since the 14th. Now it is 03-01, the day I wanted to give the gift for her bridal shower, and they are still not here. I emailed and got no response. I have ordered from Qualtry before and loved what I have received, but this shipping is out of hand.

Received my pillow covers and I do like. However when I put the names I wanted on pillow I had put in as capital letters and received in all lowercase. Maybe I missed something?
