Excellent customer service! Love my new luggage tags. I’ve bought some in the past as gifts and decided to get some for myself. They are beautiful! I’ve had personalized hard plastic tags in thr past but they have been broken so I didn’t want to have to worry about that happening again. My new luggage tags will serve me well for years!

I ordered some of your bag tags for my aunt as a gift and had them sent directly to her. There were supposed to be a gift note included. However, she got nothing. Therefore, she had no idea who sent her these bag tags… Very disappointing.

I placed this order for 2 items as a gift, with a note written, to be part of the order. The receipt only got ONE item and without the note, even though I was assured that the note would be with the item.
Due to this, the gift recipient never knew from whom it was and upon me checking with her I found out that she only received partial order. I called the customer service rep, and she was not friendly with an attitude not apologizing just we will ship this out and you will get it in 6 to 10 business days.

On there ordering system, I wrote leave blank on a line. A human doesn’t look at it. They won’t refund or make it right. I wouldn’t order from them again. Customer service lacks.
