My tub took 17 weeks for delivery when I was told 6-8. During the process I sent numerous emails and made several calls. Many times they where not returned. Not happy by any means.

Can't rate the sink as it hasn't arrived yet. What's the point of paying $1000+ for a sink when they use a shipping company with only 1.5 stars? Estes shipping has held onto my sink for the past week. They lied to me about talking to me to set an appointment and now I can't get anybody on the phone. I was excited about getting the sink but now I don't care anymore. I just want this nightmare of a shipping company out of my life

Fantastic modern sink. Excellent quality and worth the price, customer service is very helpful and they can pre-drill hole for faucet where you need it to be. Delivery super fast and product extremely well packed with care. I would absolutely recommend this company.

a bit of confusion up front related to some product details, but excellent customer service follow through to resolve the issue and get our order shipped. more great customer service followed after the original shipment was damaged in transit. the product ordered (sink) looks beautiful and we can't wait to get it installed.
