"Great service from the best "

Fireplace saver are one of the best companies you will find, was looking for an electric
fire for our media wall installation and found the Ferrez 1600 on there site . I contacted the team and nothing was too much trouble for them , they sent me videos and dimensions for what I needed and at a good price ! . I needed the fire for a certain date which they couldn't do with the 1600 model but offered the 1800 model at the same price , it looks great and am well happy , they even contacted me at a weekend to check I was happy with it , that's service , thanks to all the team at Fireplace saver you made us very Happy .

Wow what a service Aaron was amazing and held my hand through the design choices and decision making. He was very responsive to all my queries, was honest and open and talked through the options clearly. Once the decisions were made the media wall and fire we chose were installed within 2 weeks. The installation took just two days and the installers were professional, worked hard and nothing was too much trouble. We are thrilled with our media wall which is the feature of the living room. I would highly recommend this fantastic company who provided excellent service, value for money and a professional but friendly approach.

We travelled from Doncaster to Bradford to visit the fireplacesaver showroom in search for a media wall. We were greeted by Aaron who had great knowledge and advice. He answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. The customer service was excellent. We sent Aaron measurements, pictures of our room and the design we would like via WhatsApp. The same day we got a quote which we were more than happy with. Aaron sent us the links to purchase a TV wall mount and LED lights. We paid a deposit that night! The joiner Karl was brilliant! He made sure we were happy with the design and dimensions before commencing any work. Karl sent me pictures throughout the day showing me the media wall as it was built. We were over the moon with the end product. Darren came out and plastered the wall, he did a great job and gave me some advise how to paint it so the paint wouldn't peel once dried. Please don't go some where else because it's 'cheaper'. You pay for the quality! I couldn't of asked for a better job from all of the team. AWESOME!

I contacted firesaver through email, then I was contacted by WhatsApp by Aaron, who sent me pictures, videos, dimensions of the firez fire range. I Tx him to ask a few questions, he even got back to me on a Sunday. I then purchased a Firez 150, which was delivered on exactly the correct day, the fire looks absolutely amazing, out of this world. Would recommended them for looking like a real fire.

Can't speak highly enough about Harry and the team. Great customer service and first class job. Nothing was too much trouble and the wall itself is nothing short of superb. It has transformed our living space and is already attracting many positive comments from those who've visited us. Highly recommend this company!!!

Just had a media wall installed with a Firez 1800 slimline fire through fireplacesaver. Harry in the showroom was our first port of call and he went through our options, firstly through Facebook replying to my enquiry, then follow ups through WhatsApp, followed by a visit to the showroom. He made the decision easier for us, as it was going to be a big change to our lounge.
The installation went very smoothly. Simon the installer went through the detail of the installation with us step by step and made some great suggestions regarding TV height, soundbar location and electrics layout. Simon put a long day in to get it ready for plastering the next day.
The next day Daz came and completed the job with a great finish fornus to paint on. I would certainly recommend Fireplacesaver, for anyone considering a media wall. Great service, great communication and great tradesman.

"1st rate from start to finish"

A purchase like this is not something you do every day, so there is bound to be apprehension and this (for me) is Fireplacesaver’s unique selling point.

The price we were quoted was less than half what a local media wall company had quoted for an installation smaller than the one we had, so I was dubious, but I shouldn’t have been.

To say I was handheld and reassured every step of the way by Harry, is an understatement. His communication over the phone, email and whatsapp was second to none. He even sent me a link to the TV bracket they recommend because it was on offer at Argos and I could save £20.

Mo the fitter was brilliant, it was to be a 3-day job, but I was going away on the third day. So, Mo and his team worked until 8pm one night and 9pm the following night to get the job completed for me. They were so clean you didn’t even know they had been there and so quiet I was able to attend zoom meetings easily in the other room.

If you’re looking for a good reputable company to build you a 1st class media wall, reasonably priced and efficiently built then look no further. I recommend them 100%.

"From the time visited the Gas Centre up…"

From the time I visited the Gas Centre up till now, the team has been amazing! They’ve kept me updated on my order and answered all my questions with recommendations.
Reggae has been fantastic throughout the full experience!
Karl built the media wall, he was helpful and answered all my questions. He also left the room nice and tidy despite my saying i’ll do it myself!
Darren then bought his final touches of the process. He plastered the room taking care not to create too much mess and also cleaned up after him straight away. The team has done a wonderful job! Thankyou!

We have just had our media wall installed in Leicestershire and we would 100% recommend Fire Place Saver.
Harry and the sales team explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions.
