Since I wrote this, Passive Fire have responded and accepted ny return, so has all worked out in the end. Thank you.

I ordered fire hoods. They arrived after 5 days and my builder did not use them. Although unopened and still in original packaging, when I tried to return 26 days after receipt, instead of the 14 days, Passive Fire refused to to allow me to return. In the time of Covid when most companies have increased their return time to 30 days, Passive Fire said a straight no. My builder did not fit them and I assumed they would allow a return. It is a shame that in these uncertain and strange times that a company can show no flexibility to it's customers.
