"The hearing aids are great!"

The hearing aids are great - worth every dollar! I had previously ordered a pair from another company and after trying them, I had to exchange them as they did not fit in my ears. The replacement was returned and refunded for the same reason. Then I searched around again and found Bossa. I am so very pleased with these hearing aids and would recommend them highly. They are comfortable and don't slip out like the first ones did. Even the sound is much clearer than the first ones and that company was very highly rated on the websites I visited. The quality is clearly better than my previous experience. Overall, a very pleasing experience and you can't go wrong with their price!

These are my first pair of hearing aids and i must say they have been fabulous. I can hear my family and the tv so well. Used to have to turn the volume all the way up and now i barely have the volume adjusted and can hear it perfectly. Nothing but good experiences thus far. Only minor issue i have had is the whistling when inserting them so i have to figure that out. Ty Bossa

"This is a scam"

This is a scam, returned hearing aids and they acknowledged receiving them, did not fit, never received refund although I contacted them numerous times and they said they would expedite..

Got it in timely fashion. Read directions. Put on . Hear great. Can hear things so much better. I feel like those clear plastic things that go in ear could be smaller. Feel like not in correctly. Afraid going to loose them. Am wearing & trying to adjust & learn to use them. Couldnt believe how well they work.

My order ORDER #181590 from Bossa hearing still hasn't sent off my order and its been awhile now and I'm tired of them sending messages saying sorry this isn't what we want for our customers blah blah b.s crap. They are the worst company ever to try to talk to anyone to get my order out and on its way. They have big Complaints on ppl can't even get a refund back cause they take forever. I want my order sent to me asap or I'm gonna file a claim against them. This company is bogus 😒

I tried the TX5-mini plus, I like how discreet it is, and that the volume can be controlled easily with a button. However, there is a hissing sound which I assume is feedback from sound leaking out. I like the hearing aids in general but it could definetly be improved.

This is my first pair of hearing aids so while I don't have anything to compare it to, I have positive feelings. They improved my hearing significantly and helped with eliminating background noise that made processing communication difficult for me. Super happy

I purchased a pair of bossa hearing aids and returned it due to the pair are not suitable for my hearing aids

They have confirmed that they received my returned hearing aids device since August 2023.
Here is tracking # LM190468295CA I sent by Canada Post on August 29 2023

I have written them 8 or 9 emails to remind them of the money refund . But so far , as of today is January 4 th 2024 they have not processed my refund request yet. The request # is 92131 for my refund # 116895 which is my order #.
It appeared they do not want to refund my money!
I have written this review let all of you know bossa never want to refund if you return the hearing aids device. It's a bad company you have to deal with!
