"Terrible Terrible Terrible"

A terrible experience from the beginning August 22 2022 when my online email order was confirmed by Bossahearing.com to finally finished March 21 2023 when received a cheque for returned merchandise from JRS Enterprise LLC
In the advisement I believed it was with free shipping for the TX-5 Mini hearing aids at 89.97 USD but then found later that 14.97 USD added for shipping
Contacted Bossahearing a few times about lack of delivery and was told of shortage of staff and high volume of product being requested
September 13 received notice that my order for the TX-5 Mini ear buds was on its way and a tracking number was provided
October 3 received the shipment
November 7 I advised Bossa Hearing support team thatI was sorry that the earbuds didn’t work out for me as the background noise was too loud and couldn’t be adjusted - they gave me instructions to follow for the return of the product and a tracking number in order to successfully issue a refund
That afternoon product was forwarded and copy of tracking information was sent to Bossa Hearing
December 1 received notification that Bossa Hearing had received the returned item and that refund was in the queue for processing
December 20 still sorting out the refund with the billing team and request on priority
January 31 refund still hasn’t been processed
February 4 received note from Bossa Hearing sorry hasn’t been taken care of by finance team and give them more time to rectify
February 11/23 I sent another email to Bossa Hearing regarding no refund yet along with wordage that I thought a positive result would take place
A reply received-still sorry-finance team currently working on refunds
February 20 sent another email advising still no refund and that I had received a survey request asking how the company was doing along with a request for someone of a higher pay scale to give me a phone call
February 21 received notification from Bossa Hearing that my order had been refunded 89.97 USD
Then received a notification from JRS Enterprise LLC that a “check” for 89.97 would be sent
March 21/23 finally a refund cheque was received

A very bad experience with a company that appears to have a staffing problem with poor communication between departments and poor customer regards

Sent for help on aids causing vertigo and to trade for different ones.no one got back with me.
When I called they said return window has expired.
All we wanted was to trade for the first ones we bought which did not cause vertigo.

Impossible to change volume without volume piece falling apart. Not a good deal. Already replaced 1st set. Sure was hoping for better experience.

Purchased 8/2022, TX5 mini, the devices were ok for awhile as of March of 2023 I get a lot of feed back that can't always stop. I sent a request to the help desk but haven't got a reply yet. the units are OK but they're just well made amplifiers. there are sites where you can get refurbished name brand hearing aids.
