"Great hearing aids with affordable price"

I bought this hearing aids for my mum who is turning 96. After wearing it, she said she could hear clearly and didn't have tinnitus. She could manage to put them into the recharge box by herself as it's magnetic. They are just sucked on by themselves. Easy. Thanks Bossa.

"Got within Expected Timeframe"

The hearing aid was delivered within the timeframe I expected. However, I was disappointed with the performance of the hearing aids. The sound I get using the hearing aid is less clear than a cheaper (Efferey) brand I got from Amazon about 3 months ago. Plan to return within the allowed 40 days time limit.

"I received the hearing aids promptly…"

I received the hearing aids promptly but, after trying them for a few weeks, decided they didn’t suit me. I sent them back to Bossa. The customer service people were responsive but the “finance team” apparently decided to keep my money as long as possible. It’s been almost 2 months since the hearing aids were returned to Bossa. I have not yet received the refund.

I tried to return the hearing aids and could not get anyone to give me an address to return them to so I can get my refund before 45 days was up. cant get anyone to answer the phone cant get people to answer emails . I tried several times.

"DO NOT ORDER"

NO, NO, NO… Do not order from this company. May be alright if product you’ve ordered is acceptable to you, but if you require a refund you will NOT receive it. I have been fighting for 4 months for my refund (which they agreed they will send), but all I receive is requests asking “please be patient”, “experiencing staffing problems”, “sending immediate request to the team”, bla bla bla. Still no resolution. This company is a big ripoff and I wish I had viewed other complaints before ordering. I would like to give this company a minus 5 stars.

***UPDATE*** Finally received my refund.

A word to the wise, stay clear of BOSSA Hearing Aids. They boast their refund policy but do not honor it. They repeatedly come up with one excuse after another and when you persist for your refund, they simply stop responding.

BIG RIP-OFF!

"The order came on time and easy to…"

The order came on time and easy to track. I'm a little nervous that they will get knocked out of my ears. Just doesn't feel secure. I think they work fine for the price. Takes a while to get used to them. I can't keep them in more than 6 hours at a time but generally satisfied. Also wondering how the wax guards work. I can't figure them out.

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. Sent back after 3days (felt like I had vertigo). Has been over a month since they received package. They just keep saying they will update my request. Hopefully I can get a refund. Not good to deal with.
