Order # 46814 Returned 11/18/2022. Waiting on refund. Attempted to reach via phone #, 3 different occasions. On hold up to 45 minutes. but never answered. Have turned information over to government agency's for fraud investigations.

I purchased these for an 80 year old neighbor because her older hearing aids were no longer working for her. These aids have been wonderful and she is ecstatic. They are comfortable, do not interfere with her glasses as the over the ear models did,and she is able to hear better than she has for some time. It has resulted in her being more sociable and enjoying being with people again. We could not have afforded the extremely high prices of most companies.

I am very pleased with my Bossa hearing aids but I do have a problem with tenderness in the ear after wearing the hearing aid. I like to wear it for watching tv.

Still just trying to get used to them. They are a little bit tinny sounding but they do amplify. They pick up wind noise and that is annoying, but I’m playing with the volume setting which will help. So overall, they do help.

"Refund took months"
Returned the devices within the required return policy, however, it took more than two months to get a refund. If that wasn't bad enough I had to continually email them that the refund was not being processed. I was told that the refund request had been escalated for a refund. Had I not been following up with them I don't think I would have received a refund. Very disappointed.

I call asking to return the "Hearing Aid" I bought from them the razon it is just an amplifier not a hearing aid, they send me an address to where i supposed to send it back but "I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN OF SOMETHING THAT IS NOT PERFORMING AS OFFERED" and they say it is specified in their refund policy cab somebody tell me where, I can not see where it says that "THE BUYER PAYS FOR THE RETURN" Our return policy has been updated as of 03/28/2022 from 30 days to, now, 45 days!
