Don’t use this company ever!!!! An employee from the Stroud store called Sarah Broughton is a viscous and vindictive woman. She’s rude and patronising. She also is very insensitive and unprofessional. The director Nick Devonport is a very rude man and needs to keep his staff in check and get off his night horse.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor management and admin. Have had 2 bookings cancelled because of incompetence (or displayed incompetence in order to get more money). Directors and Managing Directors promise to respond and don't. Useless and money grabbing.

Actually going in the unit was embarrassing, nobody seemed interested.
