Do not buy from this company!! Biggest regret buying a hot tub from them…
Integrated heated hot tubs are clearly faulty and not fit for purpose. Water leaks from the pump, hot tub doesn’t heat up and a broken controller after only one use.
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t pick up the phone and never return your voicemails even though they say they will. No one is ever on live chat and they either take weeks to reply to your emails or don’t respond at all.
Still waiting for a refund and a reply to my last email sent 8 days ago.
Save yourself the hassle and stress and go elsewhere for a hut tub!

Ordered on Friday here on Monday and I live in the Highlands so fabulous fast service.
Initially had an issue with the 5% off deal but this was attended to without issue and follow was amazing.
Paddleboard not out of the box yet but if it's anything like the service it will be top notch.

I bought wave rigid foam spa bout a year ago. after few months the floor started to bubble and pucker as if the plastic was shrinking. Then a month before it was a year old it ripped a hole 3 inches long in two places. I contacted wave which took a few days and they told me the liner is only covered for 6 months. And the model I have is discontinued so their answer was to give me a blow up tub and put my heater on it. Funny if I wanted a blow up one I would have bought one for a quarter the price. As the tub is discontinued the liner on that tub was obviously faulty as Amazon have stopped selling these tubs as well. So you’d think if there’s a fault they’d have to replace it with a similar tub which wave told me they won’t do. I would be careful buying these tubs as they only have confidence in them for six months with no back up parts for them.

"Disappointing Product and Service "
I purchased the Swift rigid foam hot tub in November 2021. By October 2022 the pup was faulty and had to be returned for repair/replacement. This went ok as it was still under warranty.
Just over a week ago, The inner lining split and I requested support where I could buy a replacement liner. I was very disappointed with the response I received, telling me that I couldn't buy spare parts as this model has been discontinued but told me I'd need to buy a new hot tub and offering a 5% discount.
The hot tub cost £899, plus accessories, as you can imagine I don't feel this was good value for money or a quality product as I've only been able to use it for 2 summers. I know a hot tub may seem like a luxury item but I purchased this as part of my pain management routine.
I will say that when the product was working, I was happy with it being more solid than an inflatable hot tub.
