"FAILURE TO HONOR BUY 1 GET 1 FREE"
THE ISSUE: As a long-term customer of Global Healing, I ordered 4 items. See Order #3-2399439 Packing Slip and attached photo of all 4 items. At the time, their website offered a the “Buy 1 and get 1 Free” for Quercetin.
I purchased at the “Buy 1 and get 1 Free” or 50% off. My order was delivered with only 1 Quercetin per the attached photo and confirmed with the Packing Slip. Global Healing's ordering webpage had a selection for Quercetin where it showed 2 bottles. Apparently the webpage did not adjust the quantity OR apply the offer I selected when checking out. It seems to me that Global Healing should just send me 1 additional Quercetin instead of returning the item.
REPLY FROM GLOBAL HEALING SUPPOT: "Thank you for contacting Global Healing. We apologize for any confusion but there is no free bottle being sent out at this moment. We would be happy to offer you a 50% discount on another bottle of Quercetin if you still wish to purchase an additional one and use the BOGO 50% offer."
RESPONSE TO REPLY: "Sorry to hear that Global Healing Customer Support will not do the right thing after explaining the confusion with my order. I will no longer be purchasing any new products in the foreseeable future from Global Healing given your decision to not honor our original purchase of the BOGO 50% which when shipped short 1 bottle of Quercetin. Very disappointed."

I had tried natural, organic, vegan products from a different company PRIOR to Global Healing, and while I used the products per their instructions and tips and they had some good effects, one of those products was a roughshod experience for me, personally, and I discontinued use after more than one attempt. Because I had been using Global Healing's Nascent Iodine Product, Detoxadine, for a few years because I found it works so well for me, I decided to read and listen more to and about Global Healing's approach to healing and health, and hear what Dr. Group has to say about a variety of things. I read reviews, Q&A's from the website, etc. Then I purchased their Triple-Activated Vitamin B12, Turmeric/Curcuma with Black Pepper, Selenium, Calcium & Magnesium, and Oxygen-Based Oxy-Powder. Because I am in Canada, I learned from Global Healing's Customer Service that there is a drop-down menu on their webpage for their products which are approved to ship to Canada, and have ordered that way, as well as through their customer service, which has helped me via phone as well as email. I love the professionalism, sincerity, listening, efficiency, meaningful conversation, helpfulness, genuine caring about people, animals, nature and the environment, quality, consistency, reliability, quick shipping, honesty, truthfulness, and also the effectiveness of their natural, organic products. I love that there are human beings who answer their phones and their emails in the above-mentioned ways, rather than automated services; very connective and reassuringly restful, which just creates the feeling that I'm in the right hands, working with the right people. Being able to rely upon a company such as this, in mutually respectful ways, is wonderfully restorative itself, to the spirit. I have enrolled in one of the learning programs from Global Healing, and intend to enrol in more once I have completed the first one. The more I learn, I know I will be using more of their products, especially as my health and bloodwork continues to improve. I deeply appreciate everyone and everything that has gone into making Global Healing so great and so authentic. God Bless💖!
