"I cannot get this company to answer…"

I cannot get this company to answer e-mails regarding one of it's products - I purchased a Cadentia Lavender home spray some months ago and have been trying desperately to purchase more. I have tried ordering through the website but there appears to be problems with the ordering part of the site. I have queried this but they do NOT answer!!! Does anyone know where I can purchase this product ????????? Thanks!
