Poor service, poor communication and unacceptable delivery charges based on the above and following experience. When asked about a review of the above I was fobbed off and told they would get back to me. They did not. Again, poor service, no communication and certainly no refund/review/money off. This company was not fit for purpose in my experience.
The goods were listed as available on their website with a 7-10 day lead time and it took nearly 1 month to arrive with absolutely no communication in between to advise on this. Even when chased the correct people were hard to get hold of on the phone and poor service when spoken to. The order was not a small order and I will not be using them again or recommending them to other tradesman.

Since I had written the above review the Managing director got in contact with me to discuss their service and the review I left. Tim offered a partial refund on the delivery charge of £50 and asked for me to consider taking down the review.

In summary following my experience with LB: Check stock and lead times with on their products as 'in stock' products are not necessarily that. Tim was good to deal with but it should not have got to that to get my products. Accountability is important so I appreciated the contact.

Release of product to long to dispatch, updating of delivery was extremely poor. Courier company was has bad. with the delivery charges very expensive, would our company use again very doubtful.
