So if I’m rating the online experience it’s a 3 star. Never received an email or phone call that it was shipped. Ordered on the 9th called today the 17th.
Dawn found it and called me back.
Franklin Tire Barn gets a 5. Whomever was supposed to email me when it shipped gets a 3.

The tires got here and they are new but 3 year old casing called to talk to them about this and the guy was rude. Will not be buying from them again....UPDATE Amy called after seeing review and she made it right she is gonna stand behind the tires and gave us a credit. WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. THANKS AMY
