Friendly correspondence and the team leaves a personal touch with every package - this is appreciated.
However, after reading other comments, I came to the same conclusion: Why is the country's import tax collected for EVERY purchase? New Zealand allows NZD 1000,- to be imported without import tax. (Other duties may apply).
I need to overthink my membership.
