Prior to ordering, I needed some very accurate measurements taken to ensure that the product would fit. The service I received from James was exemplary and having confirmed suitability, the ordering (item not in stock, which I knew) and delivery were all very efficient with really superb communication. I logged onto their website and created a telephone consultation. It was all very easy and efficient. I spoke to James regarding my requirements and he advised me on what I should be looking at in terms of power and components to achieve what I wanted. The whole service was excellent from start to finish.
