"Happy anniversary Gatorcheats!"

Today exactly a year ago I ordered a Playstation 4 Deluxe cash Package from Gatorcheats. I paid 259,99 for it. I paid for it using Paypal. I waited patiently for my order but nothing came. I e-mailed Gatorcheats several times; no response. Because their website said the fastest way to contact them was through telegram, I downloaded telegram. I sent them a message on the 9th of octor, the 21th of October. Still nothing. No response. On the 18th of November (2019) I placed a review here on trustpilot because they didn’t respond to my messages.

Cameron responded to me and asked me some more info on my order which I provided. He send me an e-mail on the 23th of November: “Hey this is Cameron, I am delivering this now. Any chance I can get your Telegram so we can do this faster?

If not, no problem I'll just do everything on my end.

- Cameron”

I reached out to him on telegram where he said (quote) “Hey, I’m very sorry for not contacting you back in a timely manner. I’ll check and fix your order right now.” This was on the 23th of November.

I didn’t get anything nor did I hear anything. I send him several messages on the 26th of November, the 1st of December the 20th of December and still nothing. Since I figured Trustpilot was the only way to get a response I placed a new review on the 16th of February. Cameron responded to it again:

“Hello Harm:

I believe that your payment was charged back as fraud and that's why we didn't deliver, but it's been a long time so I will review the PayPal transaction now and get back to you via email.

- Cameron”

You guessed it, again no response. The only thing I got was a message from the Trustpilot Content Integrity that gatorcheats had reported my review because they didn’t believe I had a genuine buying experience with them. I was quite mad and provided Trustpilot with all the my order, the e-mails, telegram messages all the information they needed. My review is now verified...

In the mean time I tried e-mailing and telegram messages several time.

I don’t even know why I’m writing this review, since I consider the possibility that I’m either getting what they promised me or a refund very slim. I figured that since they’ve got so many positive reviews here, they wouldn’t be scammers but it seems that I’m wrong. Be warned….

Deep down inside I’m hoping for things to get fixed…. So Cameron if you read this can we finally put and end to this?

Amazing cheat for mw which has been undetected from day 1, gatorcheats is definitely trustworthy and the only provider I would use with my main account.

"Bought a service on April 24th"

Bought a service on April 24th, NEVER received it! Actually I bought another service right after I bought the first one. And still haven't got any of it. It's like buying a new expensive GPU and after 2 months asking for refund not getting any of it!!! It's a shame.. I really liked Gator, but this is ridiculous.
I was hoping I'd never had to do this. I have no other option..

They responded to my emails all the way until I bought the cheat with BTC and now I have zero response or delivery. I do believe that this is a scamming website and they use bots and fake accounts to provide reviews on third party sites to boost their trustworthiness.

Update: I had been emailing @Hal directly for my questions and concerns, I decided to send an email to @gatorcheatsupport and got an instant response from Cameron with delivery and an explanation that this happens all the time because Hal gets off early friday night (I'm on Alaska time) and doesn't work Saturdays.

Its been quite a while, haven't had any trouble with them until now when they informed me they had a huge backlog but they rewarded me with extra cash and a bonuses. They even managed to fill my very complicated order of which I was most satisfied with. This means they are experienced people and aren't you run of the mill jokers.

The cheats mostly work but there customer support is terrible. I have been waiting for over a month for gator to respond and will probably never get a reply. Gator will reply to you at first until you buy, then after that he doesnt care about talking to you anymore.
