Customer services support was excellent - helpful and very responsive; the website made subsequent purchasing easy. It would be helpful to be able to see the "final product" online - we found that an island had been "imposed" on an area of sea we were interested in but other than that, are very happy with both nautical charts purchased, which arrived in perfect condition, very quickly.
