Excellent service, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Firstly, Ellie started with my application for a mortgage and was so forthcoming with information and getting back to me. Once i had a mortgage offer accepted, which Ellie re-applied for on a number of occasions due to interest rates slightly dropping and to benefit me the most, my case was handed over to Olivia.

Olivia was a dream and handled the process with pure excellence. She went above and beyond to contact my solicitor and estate agent to get the ball rolling quicker and was always poking to get things complete at the earliest opportunity.

Both Ellie and Olivia are a credit to this company and I wouldn’t use anyone else if I had to go through this process again.
